I'm still in the dark about my tickets. The concert is on 11/27/2022 for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra at Mohegan Sun Arena in Casey Plaza, Wilkes Barre, PA. I've tried calling multiple times but haven't had any luck. I'm trying to finalize my plans, so I really need to know when I can expect my tickets to arrive.

I got an email saying my tickets were switched to a later show, but when I showed up, the tickets were no good and we couldn't get in. TicketOffices.com says they messed up and sent a follow-up email to fix it... but the truth is, they didn’t, and I can back that up. Now I'm out $1,500 because they refuse to refund me or even show the email they claim to have sent. Just steer clear of this place.

The costs aren't the lowest around, and those service fees are quite steep. They don't mention them until you're about to finalize your order. I really wish they had shown that info earlier, before diving into the checkout process.

What a nightmare! My $270 tickets got postponed for more than two years. They informed me about the rescheduling more than six months back, and there was zero explanation. Their customer service is rude and they clearly don’t give a hoot.

After waiting for TWO YEARS regarding the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been insisting for two years that this event is NOT cancelled. Then, out of the blue, we receive a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster stating it has been cancelled, yet TicketOffices is STILL claiming it’s not. Looks like we might need to get a lawyer involved to reclaim our money.

SHAME on TicketMaster for passing this ticket sale to a third party - something we only found out about after digging into this whole situation. Not Happy!

This company is just the worst. I ordered eight seats thinking they’d be near each other, but my receipt said they’d only be in the same zone. Not even close! Seriously, steer clear of these folks.

Update: They told me to send a DM, which I did, but they still didn’t fix the issue. My opinion hasn’t changed. Nope, I wouldn’t suggest this company to anyone.
