I received the email below informing me my tickets were moved to the later show, but when I arrived they tickets were invalid and we couldn't get in. TicketOffices.com claims they sent this in error and sent a follow up email to correct it...fact is they didn't and I can prove it. Instead I am out $1,500 because they will not refund nor show me the email they are claiming they sent. Run away.

The prices are not the cheapest and service charges are pretty high and there is no disclosure until final purchase. Would like to have seen it upfront before going into the order pages

Rafa was great! He was patient as I asked many questions about seat locations and pricing, and was very friendly.

After not a so great experience in the beginning due to multiple concert cancellation, Ticketoffice customer service representative changed it around and made it positive one. Thank you!

Just bought my ticket. Haven't received confirmation as yet, However, I am disappointed that the ticket insurance price wasn't disclosed before the purchase I was expecting so that I could make a good decision if it was worth purchasing.

Easy to go through process. Would have been better to be able to see exact seating. My only complaint. Looking forward to the show.

Horrible! They pushed my $270 tickets out for over two years. Told me about the reschedule over 6 months ago with no explanation. They are rude and don’t care

After a TWO YEAR delay of the Jerry Seinfeld show, TicketOffices has been telling us for two years that this show is NOT cancelled. Then, we get a cancellation notice from Ticketmaster that is has been cancelled and TicketOffices is STILL telling us not cancelled. We will probably have to engage with an attorney to get our money back.

SHAME on TicketMaster for forwarding this ticket sale to a third party - which we were not aware of until recently digging into this mess. Not Happy!

This company is awful. Bought eight seats expecting them to be close to get on my receipt post payment that they will just be in the same zone. Nope. Don't go to these people.

Update-they asked me to DM and I did but they still didn’t rectify the problem. My review stands. Nope, I don’t recommend this company.
